The supplier delivers
The goods are sent to our Shanghai or Paris warehouse with the label stuck on the carton.
Weighing, advance & departure
The waybill is created and the customer pays the 50 % advance (required before the parcel leaves China), then follows the flight on WhatsApp.
Collection or delivery
Collection at Cocody Angré (3 days of free storage, then 1,000 FCFA per day) or home delivery anywhere in Abidjan, from 2,000 FCFA per parcel.

How long does delivery take?
Allow 5 to 7 working days between the flight departure (China or France) and availability in Abidjan. We operate 2 flights per week.
Are customs fees included?
Yes. Our per-kilo or per-unit rates include air freight and customs clearance in Abidjan. No hidden fees.
How does payment work?
A 50 % advance must be paid before the parcel leaves China (as soon as the waybill is registered), and the balance on collection in Abidjan. We accept Wave, Orange Money, MTN, Moov, cash and bank transfer.
Why is the Shipping Mark mandatory?
It lets our warehouse identify the carton among hundreds of others. Without a Shipping Mark, the parcel may be delayed.
Which products are prohibited?
Flammable or explosive products, narcotics, weapons, counterfeits and unpackaged liquids are not accepted. If in doubt, contact us before shipping.
